Beware of exfoliation
It is very true that exfoliating the skin is generally a very good thing to do, at least once a week. That said, if you have couperose, rosacea or any redness installed, you must avoid exfoliating these areas. You can exfoliate the skin around your face, but never go over very red areas.
Protect yourself from the cold!
Autumn can be difficult for all skin prone to dermatitis. Obviously, the wind and the cold attack the already very sensitive areas of your face. It would be a good idea to protect yourself against these bad weather conditions with sunscreen AND skincare. ''cold cream'' . If you don't have access to this kind of product, you can simply apply shea butter to the affected areas. Note that this indication is only valid for normal, dry and very dry skin. Shea butter can be used on children and babies without any contraindications.
